Return Instructions

1. Contact us
   Contact us via email and we will send you further instructions on how to proceed.
2. Return everything in its original condition
   Merchandise being returned or exchanged must be in new condition with no signs of wear or abuse. Make sure it is returned with all of its original packing materials, cartons, product information and paperwork.
3. Insure your package
   You are responsible for the merchandise until it safely reaches our warehouse. To protect your return please repack the items using all of the original packing materials and insure the package for the full value or your purchase.

Defective of Incorrect Merchandise

If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or that the packaging shows signs of external damage, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not returnable:

1. Books.
2. Audio CDs and software.
3. Strings
